SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INFORMATION
Dear LVP Property Owners:
Special assessment invoices were sent out to all current homeowners. The invoice included a letter of explanation regarding the need for a special assessment. We have included that letter in a link below along with the Deed of Easements and the Engineering Study.
If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to any board member and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Assessment payments may be paid online at lvppoa.com, mailed to PO Box 366, or dropped in the box on the front porch of the treasurer's home. (Please email treasurer@lvppoa.com if you need her address.)
